Sweet Stella

I can't resist posting some pics of our sweet baby girl today.  She is 18 months old now and growing so much every day.  She is talking more than ever now, imitating everything we say, and she is just such a big girl now!

Ellie's Pure Purses

Ellie has started her own business (completely her idea), making duct tape purses.  I think Ellie must be the most ambitious little girl I've ever seen.  She is always full of ideas, full of life, and full of creativity!  She has already sold two of them (one to Nanny and one to Aunt Debbie), so she is super excited.  She chose her business name, "Ellie's Pure Purses," because they are made of...in her words... "pure duct tape."

The pattern and fabric choices fit Ellie to a tee - bold, fashionable, stylish...I can't wait to see the other purses she creates.

Ellie's First Communion

Yesterday we celebrated Ellie's first communion with family and then enjoyed a reception at home. It was a very special day that I know she'll always remember. Here are a few pictures of her big day! This is the dress Ellie loved and the tiara veil was her favorite part. In case you can't see it, there is a small cross hanging in the front of the tiara, and Ellie just loved that.
