Happy Birthday, Michael!

Today Michael turned 44!  He took the day off of work and of course worked around the house some (even though we all insisted that he relax), but he mostly enjoyed his time off with some R&R.  For dinner, we had beef fajitas and for his birthday dessert, he chose keylime pie :)  It was delicious!  He will be getting some new beer equipment in the mail soon for his birthday gift!

Stella loves to sing with this microphone until you see her, and then she gets really embarrassed!   She was singing for daddy here.

A Dozen Chicken Eggs

So we are now regularly getting at least 2 eggs per day and sometimes up to 4.  It's pretty fun for the kids to go out to the coop and check for eggs only to come running in all excited about the egg they have found.  They were super excited this week when we filled up an egg carton with our own chicken eggs!
