is when an older sibling voluntarily helps a younger sibling with an assignment, and actually does a GREAT job teaching it, and is more patient than I would have been on the same lesson! How cool is that? Roland noticed that Caden was having a little difficulty adding and subtracting money today and came up with an easy way for him to understand it, and it totally worked. I was SO impressed. I honestly believe Roland would make a great teacher! I asked him if he had thought about that, and he said he definitely had not and that he didn't feel that he would enjoy teaching other people's children, but that he had noticed some similarities in the way he and Caden learn and thought he could help him out. Wow! What a great moment as a mom to see that. Here is a picture I took during the lesson. I'm really proud of him.
