Recently Roland received the honor of being elected by his peers to the scouting honor society called "Order of the Arrow". During this process, the scout must go through an "ordeal" in order to earn his sash. Roland was hesitant about is not knowing what to expect, but he came home with great excitement and lots of great stories to share. It's a time he won't forget. It was made even more special since Michael was in attendance receiving the same honor as an adult scout leader.
