Ellie's Summer Book Club
Yesterday we had our first summer book club meeting for Ellie and her friends. We had a blast! The girls are reading the Josefina series by American Girl. We discussed the first book, ate Bizcochitos (Mexican sugar cookies) and drank New Mexican hot chocolate. Then, we started working on a lapbook, which is a keepsake for the girls to remember the stories. I think we are going to really enjoy this!

What a GREAT idea! :) so we'll have a boy first and THEN a girl, right? So I can do this stuff, too.
